How do you Calculate Shipping ?
We ship our orders using Canada Post.
Put items in your cart, and preview the shipping cost in the checkout process. You can also go back, change the items in your cart, and see how the prices change if you order more or fewer pieces. The calculation is automatic and based on your shipping address and the weight of the items.
You have the option to choose our lowest shipping fee which is $3.50. This shipping option uses regular postage stamps. We will be unable to provide tracking information. Delivery time may vary based on you location in Canada. (This option is only available in Canada and only when purchasing up to 4 masks or any one of our bundles or a 3 piece gift set).
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes we do, we offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $199
How can I track my shipment?
For Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority shipping: Once we process your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where you will be provided your tracking information.
Simply, visit Canada Post for any shipment status inquiry with the tracking number provided.
If you chose the regular mail stamp option, we will be unable to provide tracking information. Delivery time may vary based on Canada Post regular mail.(This option is only available in Canada and only when purchasing up to 4 masks or any one of our bundles or a 3 piece gift set).
When can I get updated information on my order online?
Normally, as for the shipments by Canada Post you can get the information about your packages online once your order is shipped.
How long before my order is processed?
We deliver our packages to Canada Post for shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00pm EST.
If you order before 4:30pm EST on those days, we will process your order same day.
If you order past the 4:30pm EST mark, your order will be processed and ready to ship to Canada Post the following day when we make our deliveries.
Where are the items being shipped out of?
We ship out of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, however, we are not responsible for customs and duties.

Yes, however, we are not responsible for customs and duties
Canada Post Shipping Options International Shipping:
My package says delivered, but I did not receive it?
We are not responsible for the shipment once we deliver to Canada Post. We are no longer responsible, you will have to contact Canada Post to resolve any issues. If the carrier fails to deliver, that is a matter between the carrier you.
